La Argelia Farm – Holmes, Inzá, Cauca

Nestled in the volcanic slopes of Inzá, Cauca, at 1,640 meters above sea level, La Argelia is home to Holmes, a passionate coffee grower whose dedication transforms every harvest into an exceptional cup. His farm thrives on nutrient-rich volcanic stones, cultivating remarkable varietals such as Castillo, Pink Bourbon, Geisha, and Maragogipe. Through meticulous fermentation processes, Holmes creates exotic flavor profiles that you can now discover at Caffeto.
